Description
Makes Hollow Vessel a less oppressive move by tying it to combo, and restricting it's usage to the back ranks.

Probably the most infamous of the Cultists, this is another of my petty nerfs to make Hollow Vessel be less miserable and less spammable. The idea is to swap the launch targets of Entropic Star and Hollow Vessel so you can disable HV by Pulling him Forwards, and to tie the +3 Stress to Combo, which he can now generate through Entropic Star or Yawning Void.

+ Cardinal: Entropic Star launch Ranks changed from 3 - 4 to 1 - 2 - 3 -4.
+ Cardinal: Entropic Star had it's cooldown removed.
+ Cardinal: Entropic Star now applies Combo with a 33% chance.
+ Cardinal: The Yawning Void now applies Combo with a 20% chance.
+ Cardinal: Hollow Vessel launch Ranks changed from 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 to 3 -4.
+ Cardinal: Hollow Vessel Stress reduced from +3 to +1.
+ Cardinal: Hollow Vessel increases it's Stress to +3 on Combo.

(tl:dr, Now Hollow Vessel can be disabled by dragging Cardinal to Rank 1, HV deals Stress on-par with his other moves, and it the 3 Stress can be prevented by Guarding Heroes with Combo in them)

Reminder that you can download my entire series of tweaks by Subscribing to the Collection this mod is a part of, and that now I am also uploading all my mods onto Google Drive so Epic Store Games and Good Old Games players can get my mods in a less painful manner:

No more dated meme thumbnails, I swear. Okay, maybe one or two more. This mod was mostly made to experiment how slight changes may affect tactics in combat, and I'm interested in making other very slight adjustments to things I perceive as over or undertuned without massive changes. If you have any suggestions, tips, or constructive criticism, I am always glad to read them!
