like keybinding to a hotkey instead of e+shove to switch between nades or r+shove to store them into the inventory
As for the missing grenade when picking a grenade when your grenade is already maxed, probably there's nothing I can do for that, as the virtual inventory only registers the number of grenades & caps the max grenade. You can swap grenades first if you're not sure whether your grenade inventory is maxed or not, to prevent from wasting the next grenades you pick because the virtual inventory is already full.
