Intel Expanded/UIOD Compat Patch fixed

I only fixed the mod and will gladly hand development back to the original author. I have no Idea haw anything works, I just compared this and UIOD and changed every detail that didn't fit and wasn't obviously added to make the new buttons.
I will not be adding anything that the original auther didn't add (there were some notes in the file that suggest, that not everything is here yet)
