Put a cooldown on hands from the abyss, a stun without restriction without a cooldown is downright OP, especially just at the cost of torchlight, sides that can't wait to test

@Blazeking726 It is okay.The skills are actually unupgraded,and you can still upgraded them(or view their upgraded versions) in the inn

All of his changed skills from Watcher start as mastered. Is it supposed to be that way?
