Gives Alhazred a black and golden palette with an inscribed robe.

Apologies for taking too long with this palette, I have been losing sleep over a memory mod not rendering correctly and updating my mods to the latest experimental hotfix. This palette went through a lot of re-designs, with the original concept being sandy / brownish, but ended up going for a Kaaba-inspired robe (despite using Hebrew and Aramic scripts. Finding a high res texture with them was a pain in the nuts.)

As always, I do apologize for how sloppy the textures are - I am no artist, and I mostly create palettes to fill in the gaps for content I'd like to see in the game. I am open to suggestions, tips and constructive criticism!
