Glow Sights for AK47

Description
Adds green nightsights to the default AK 47 rifle that glow in the dark.
Also adds red glowing iron sights to the rural and wartorn skins from the TLS update.
Simple edit to the vanilla textures, compatible with reanimations.

Version with all weapons here.

I've updated the mods. Conflicts fixed!
