Glow Sights for M16A2

Description
Adds red night sights to the assault rifle that glow in the dark.
Includes different color iron sights for the namvet variant (found on The Passing)
and the worn variant (found on Hard Rain).
Simple edit to the vanilla skins. Compatible with reanimations.
