What does it do

This mod increases the maximum construction slots of a state to 112 and adjusts the number of construction slots according to the population accordingly. In addition, a decision has been added to increase construction slots for owned states with a population of 50,000 or more.

Hi, I'm sitting on version 1.14.5 as I find the MD 1.15 update quite raw due to the reprocessing of nuclear weapons and imb breakthroughs, if it's not difficult you can throw off the link to the mod version from August 22?
