Replaces the L4D1 & L4D2 cast with Niko from Oneshot

This is a re-release of MSF's Niko mods all-in-one, the gamebanana build[gamebanana.com] features individual models in case you want him to replace someone else.

Changelog

Removals

- Removed collision mesh - Proportion trick models aren't exactly safe with ragdolls in a sourcemod/mutator scenario
- Removed redundant shaders - Ambient occlusion, rimlighting, phong. There are no normalmaps or alpha channels
- Removed $declaresequence - Would cause the animations on the L4D2 version to glitch in specific situations
- Removed redundant bones - Finger bones for hands that used to clip around the sleeves, puppet bones
- Removed jigglebones - Clipping and bloating the model, not advisable for a full pack in MP scenario
- Removed duplicated and non visible meshes - To considerably reduce polycount and overall size
- Removed redundant mipmaps

Optimizations

- Topology cleanup and polycount decrease - From tris to quads, manual cleanup and exported with proper triangulation
- Decreased drawcalls - Too much drawcalls (19 materials), reduced to 6 to go easier on CPUs in MP scenario
- Recompiled VTFs - BGR888/ABGR8888 is a bad idea for VRAM and size. Properly compiled as DXT instead
- Texture cleanup and resize - Higher padding, better downscaling, less seams
- VTF Versions are now consistent (7.4)

Fixes
- Fixed damaged shapekeys - Clipping eyes, mouth gums, canines, lower teeth disappearing and uneven topology
- Fixed eyes artifacting - Due to lightwarp shadowing, weird artifacting would show up on eye tracking
- Fixed hands clipping on sleeves - Due to over the top jigglebones, parents and weights

Adjustments

- Swapped Additive with $detail's fifth mode for glowing eyes
- Added anisotropic filtering on textures
