1. Commercial Use
Including but not limited to
- Selling the Model data
- Selling the model bundled with other data
- Selling merchandise or images with the model included, such as 3D printing the model as a figure and selling it, selling art work / prints with the model in the image, ect.
- Using the models for money gaining ventures, such as paid events (online or offline), streaming, promiting commercial ventures, ect.
Using the models for non profit, online events must receive permission first and is done on a case by case basis.

2. Modifications / Usage that contradicts "public order", morals, or laws. (Pornography/ Gore and violence / Religion / Politics, ect.)
Including but not limited to:
- R18 and NSFW edits / images
- Sexually suggestive / nsfw videos (videos with intentional upskirt shots, fetish driven views, ect.)

3. Any usage that causes distress to others, such as harrassment, bullying, or defaming.
Including by not limited to:
- Explicitly damaging the image of the character, producer, or copyright holder.
- Explicitly damaging the reputation of others

4. It is prohibited to redistribute these models.

5. It is prohibited to edit any of these models out of their original characters. (I.e.Kaito MUST remain Kaito, ect.)

6. When using any of the models here, You MUST credit me (Maydayfireball).

7. You may not distribute any modified models made, unless you receive permission prior.

8. You May NOT port these models into VRChat or any program outside of MikuMikuDance, Blender, and MikuMikuMoving.

9. You may NOT remove parts from this model and add them to another model. (I.e. Taking his scarf and placing it on another model.)



● Allowed

1. Modification of the model's clothing, Hair, and facial expressions. The model must remain "Mayday" Styled. (I.e. You may not take his clothing and put them on another Kaito model.)
2. Modifications, within the guidelines stated above, are allowed. But you MUST credit the people involved in the model when doing so.
