Turbocharger Test Bed

You can use this for any diesel engine. Mainly made for trucks tho

If you don't know how turbochargers work, here is a quick summary.

1. Turbo sucks air into the engine
   
2. Engine adds fuel and combusts
   
3. Exhaust gasses leave the cylinder and go to the other side of a turbocharger
   
4. Turbo is spun up by the gasses increasing sucking force
   
5. Mo powa baby

This repeats with increasing pressure in the cylinder chamber every cycle.

Now, since impeller pumps Stormworks can't produce RPS by an airflow, this effect can not be made. But with the use of jet turbine, we can simulate the sound by spinning it with some electric motors.More we add, more agressive the response will be. ( 2 are ideal )

I power them with infinite electric source, because it is just to make a sound and it does not affect the behaviour of set vehicle

• Turbo (jet turbine) will spin fully at rps value set in the micro controller to simulate low rps pressure
  
• Heavily depends on Air manifold throttle to give accurate sound
  
• Max turbine whine can be adjusted

It is made to be very simple, so do not expect anti-lag simulation and other fancy stuff.
