Description
Changes Raucous Revelry to work closer to group Stress Heals in DD1.

Shoutouts to Discord users @electricr4nger, @parallel4978 and @s.court; without them, I'd have never gotten this mod to work properly. Raucous Revelry's -1 Stress Heal to the rest of the party sounds good on paper, but due to the nature of negative relationship interactions happening at 4 Stress and the threshold for healing targeting being set at 5, RR was awful as a main source of Party Stress Control. This mod aims to change that by giving it a chance to heal Stress twice, making it more unreliable but potentially still capable of controlling Stress by itself.

+ Hellion: Raucous Revelry no longer heals 2 Stress on Self guaranteed.
+ Hellion: Raucous Revelry no longer heals 1 Stress on allies guaranteed.
+ Hellion: Raucous Revelry now has a 50% chance of healing 1 Stress to Heroes with Stress >= 5, and an additional 50% chance to heal another 1 Stress on top.
+ Hellion: Raucous Revelry+ no longer heals 3 Stress on Self guaranteed.
+ Hellion: Raucous Revelry+ no longer heals 1 Stress on allies guaranteed.
+ Hellion: Raucous Revelry+ now has a 70% chance of healing 1 Stress to Heroes with Stress >= 5, and an additional 70% chance to heal another 1 Stress on top.

Effectively, RR has a 25% chance of no Stress Heal, 50% of -1 Stress and a 25% of -2 Stress, while RR+ has an 18% chance of no Stress Heal, 42% of -1 Stress and a 49% of -2 Stress.

This mod was mostly made to increase the amount of viable Stress Healers when team building, and I'm interested in making other very slight adjustments to things I perceive as over or undertuned without massive changes.
