JD's realistic semi truck chassis

Stripped down version of my latest truck chassis for anybody who wants to use it
-comes with my model of a international DT466 and my SS-10D 10 speed dual range transmission with reverse based off of an Eaton Fuller RT6610
-rear end ratio is 4:1
-update exhaust has been fixed and now works correctly
-update added fully functional power divider to the front drive axle that will need to be locked for off road use
