Here's my mod that changes all of Zoey's voice lines to Hatsune Miku's.

So I only added DMG to this, but the original mod says that the model includes jiggle bones, though I'm not sure if it adds it to the part of the model you mean. I also don't now how to check it in the files, so you just have to check it in-game if it bounces. If it doesn't bounce I could maybe add that in the future when I've learned more about modding.
