Murder: Advanced. Plays just like Murder, except better

- Russian language support has been added
- Gamemode now fully supports localisation (names, weapons, etc.)
- Improved display of hints when observing
- Fixed Join button in the player list (now it changes by text size)
- Changed round limit before map change to 8 (default)
- Returned display of admins in the Player Table (and hmcd_scoreboard_show_admins command to disable)
- Returned admin actions in the player table
- Returned admin panel (as well as hmcd_allow_admin_panel command to disable)
- Returned player interface when spectating (and hmcd_show_spectate_info command to disable)
- Pressing F1 will now open the gamemode help
- Pressing F2 will now re-open the results of the previous round
- Pressing F3 will open homicide_appearance_menu
- Added reset button to homicide_appearance_menu
- When starting a new round, the results of the previous roundwill automatically close
- Removed items missing in homicide content
- Improved Deathmatch mode (as well as homicide_forcedeathmatch command to force it)
- Killer's psycho sounds can now be disabled with hmcd_murder_sounds (default 0, off)
- Low mouse sensitivity when running can now be turned off with hmcd_adjust_sens (default 0, off)
- Most Valuable Player Camera can now be disabled with hmcd_mvp_cam (default 0, off)
- Weapon use when running can now be enabled with hmcd_run_weapons (default 0, on)
- The display of people far away from the killer can now be disabled with hmcd_murder_show_victims (default 0, off)
- Display of hero and assassin phrases in Q can now be disabled with hmcd_not_vanilla_voices (default 0, off)
- Name masking has been returned (as well as the hmcd_murder_disg_name command to disable it)
- NPCs are automatically deleted when no players are present
- Fixed problem with duplicate police / national guard arrival message at the start of the first round
- Returned timer before the start of the first round so that players have time to enter.
- Now in some modes everyone is given a walkie-talkie
