Provides multiple waterfall flow rate models. Unlimited, default, and height.

1. Unlimited flow rate
2. default flow rate (2.2cms)
3. Height, flow rate limit is based on the height of the water column

Apparently basically all mods have broken with this latest update. How nice. And because steam is still a piece of shit, no mods will auto update. Which means I can't play for several weeks while I wait for everything to update so I can unsub and resub to all of it. :/

Ah good, there's an update, but Steam being a whopping piece of shit, won't download the update till I unsub and resub. How nice.

Phew fortunately this fix just involved a couple of name changes. a new version has been uploaded. Thank you for everyone patience and letting me know this was happening
