Removes corrugated look, changed rust

Load order:
after any SVU mod

Intended to work with SVU3 but SVU2 uses same texture so could be compatible too

@Revil removed requirement of SVU3. Try it now

UnCheat, just tried it out, it doesn't work on SVU2, could you please make it possible? Same goes for roof rack. Many thanks
