To make it work with the required items, you should go here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1583720\3317105000

And paste it in your custom folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\EntropyZero2\entropyzero2\custom (if you don't have a custom folder then create one)

How to inspect:

Press "i" is the key you want to use to play animations inspect.
