Description
Map name: gm_extant_place

There is on the map: a country house, a large building, a road and a small fountain, as well as a running train. There is also a bunker on the map.

The map has a full 3D skybox. The map contains a nodegraph and a navmesh.

A good small map for NPC battles.

I strongly recommend that you uncheck the “Keep corpses” option in the context menu if you are going to play with the train, since ragdolls can bug it. Or you can simply remove or stop the train.

The map does not require any content.

Cool map but could be better, especially with the train, perhaps turning the tunnel into a box that slopes down to give the illusion of it going underground could make it look visually more better.
