Description
Adds TFAR and ACE Compatibility to USP's Backpacks

Can be used with either standalone USP Backpacks mod or with USP Uniforms and Gear AiO mod.

TFAR
- Adds long range radio capabilities to backpacks that have antennas.
ACE
- Adds ability to cut wire fences (for backpacks that feature bolt cutters) without carrying ACE bolt cutters item in your inventory
