Improves the Seductive influence, allowing it to spread corruption more easily throught diplomacy as well as providing bigger diplomatic modifications.
In vanilla only chaos faction gained diplomatic relations with Slaaneshi factions (+40 max)
It have been up to 80 when maxed out and it also applies now to order factions such as humans and elves !
Vassalizing good people have never been so pleasurable with this mod on ;)!

Details:

Seductive influence with Chaotique factions by tiers of influence:
Slaanesh corruption +2/+4/+6/+8 (was 1/2/3/5)
diplomatic: -20/-40-60/-80 khornate (was half)
diplomatic: +20/+40/+60/+80 slaaneshi (was half)

Seductive influence with Orderly factions by tiers of influence:
Slaanesh corruption +2/+4/+6/+8 (was 1/2/3/5)
diplomatic: -20/-40-60/-80 khornate (was half)
diplomatic: +20/+40/+60/+80 slaaneshi (was half)
