When engineers first began to explore the fringes of their home system, they came to the realization that reliable ground transportation was essential. With the goal of creating such a thing, the engineers in the Industrial Department came up with the R3 “Bearcat” chassis! This imposing 6x6 is based on the R2 chassis, but with an extra axle fixed to the rear and an expanded cargo bay! Once released, the R3 was a major hit, and allowed engineers the opportunity of cheap, reliable, and efficient ground transport of personnel and materials!
