Description

Notes:
If you're looking to adjust the level/exp cap, increase barbarian aggression, or boost their numbers, try using the mod below. It offers a range of customizable options for a more challenging barbarian experience!

Changes:
- Increases the level cap on gaining FULL exp from killing Barbarians from 2 to 3 (2 promotions).
- Increases the MINIMUM exp gained from killing Barbarians after level cap from 1 exp to 2 exp.
- Works well with Barbarian Clans Mode.
- Works with any combination of Vanilla, R&F and Gathering Storm!
- Now also works with Save files.

Ideally, the cap should be 4, but the XP awarded for killing a Barbarian if a unit is level 2 or 3 should be halved, then no XP at and after level 4. Is that possibe?

The original mod from Josh Mates doesn't work atm. And this mod fixed it.
However, I'd recommend this mod so you can adjust the values yourself:

I've just made an upgraded version of this mod that allows to change level/exp cap values on Create Game screen:

Yeah, I copied that part from the original mod without thinking about it. The wording may be a little bit confused. But basically it's about the exp cap you will gain after the level cap.

You say "Increases the MINIMUM exp" but you mean "maximum", right? Otherwise it would mean you get more xp :p

Hi, it's from 2 to 3. The base game level cap is 2 (1 promotion from killing barbs), and this mod increases it to 3 (2 promotions).

The original mod increases it to 4 (3 promotions). However, I feel that is a little too strong, so I slightly nerfed it, and it feels much better that way.

Heyo, from 2 to 3 or 2 to 4? Probably a typo as you say it's 2 promotions higher. Cheers!
