Custom Script for LE37's CSO SFsniper.

Script Changes:
-.Damage: 1000 (def. 115)
-.Range Modifier: 0.8 (def. 1.0)
-.Range: 12850 (def. 8192)
-.Penetration Layers: 10 (def. 2)
-.Penetration Power: 100 (def. 50)
-.Cycle Time: 0.3 (def. 1.05)
-.Clip size: 1 (def. 20)
-.Reserve: 90 (def. 180)
-.Vertical Punch: 4.2 (def. 1.5)
-.Max Spread: 1 (def. 15)
-.Spread Decay: 1 (def. 8)

Note:
I pick the LE37's version because the Hekmatyar are differents, Hekmatyar's version, the bolt action animation reloads by magazine, and reload animation is by dropping and grabing a new one like the reaper from overwatch, but LE37's version, bolt action animation does nothing, and reload animation changes magazine, so I had to take the LE37's version, because is very faithful to the actual CSO.
