Hunter Rot Removal

Description
Removes Hunter's rot entirely, giving him a normal cycle counter and preventing him from getting sick or dying over time. Does not affect any modded scugs that use Hunter's rot mechanic.

more than fair- for now I've removed hunter rot, to see if that stabilizes things. I would reccomend Hunter Expansion tho!

@StephanWeaverOfWorlds i don't have hunter expansion, so i haven't tested it. this mod was made for vanilla.

Is it possible this has incompatibility with the Hunters Expansion mod code?
