DESCRIPTION

CHAOS EXPANSION is a massive arena overhaul featuring the weirdest of enemies pitted against you and a bit of fun along the way. The mod is made for players that wish to have a challenge. The arena will test your skills as enemies will destroy and shred you to a merciless degree.

THE FARTHER YOU ARE, THE HARDER IT GETS. MAY CHAOS BE ON YOUR SIDE.

IMPORTANT: I tried my best on looking into the issues on Hard Sell and Nexus Core stage with enemies suddenly stopped spawning and had talked with peeps about it not working sometimes. This is a bug I cannot really fix as the bug is tied to the Game or PCs performance. Meaning you have to lower your video settings way down or disable some mods while playing the Arena or just have less mods that will not tank your RAM (It has something to do with the memory running out)

THE CHAOS WITHIN

So many enemies with lore and ones with no lore. Just placed in to be pitted against you, because why not?? It's fun and its a blast... Seeing you die to them of course, or seeing them die before you. Some are fun, some are headache inducing, and others are just there.

There's a salty machine that's going to get you through most of the stages. We don't know why, it just like to messing with things but gets angry if it loses.

HELPING HAND

Certain items will be coated in RED or BLUE and these will have their uses

Items coated in RED are made for the mod and have their own purpose and uses.

Items coated in BLUE are overhauled and have been tweaked to have a much better use.

Dude, thank you for putting your time and effort into this mod. I FUCKING LOVE IT! IT MAKES EVERYTHING UNIQUE AND NEW ALONG WITH THE NEW ADDITIONS WITH THE ENEMIES! If you ever make another mod, I'm downloading it instantly and it fits well with other mods I have. I haven't seen any issues so far. Please keep up the fantastic work.

Yeah, the ones in the requirements is what's used in the mod. If you really want the armors and weapons, just go to download the dependencies and only the dependencies that's used for in the mod

Is there a version of the mod with just the weapons/armor? i fw it heavy but i prefer the normal waves

BIG BALANCE PATCHED

THIS UPDATE NOW MAKES DOING SOLO A LOT MORE EASIER AND LESS HELL INDUCING. MADE CHANGES TO ENEMY SPAWNS & PLACEMENTS FOR SKILLED 0 IMPRINT NOOBS

The Sudden Halt of Enemies spawning

For the bugs in Nexus Core and Hard Sell of enemies suddenly stopped spawning I can't fix it no matter what I did. I asked fellow modders about it, they said it's tied to the performance of the game. Meaning you have to lower your video settings way down for it to stop occurring or have it occur less. (Something about the game running out of memory)

Yeah you most definitely wanna look at Nexus Core because like the others said, it is bugged and I've been stuck unable to beat my arena play through :hatty:

You gotta look into the Nexus Core being bugged, enemies sometimes don't spawn and makes it *impossible* to actually beat the level.

it happens the most on nexus core and hard sell. im pretty sure its because they spawn in a slightly offset area and dont make it to the entry point so they just sit outside of bounds unable to be killed

im not sure if this is a fault of the mod or the game itself, but sometimes enemies just dont spawn and i have to restart the entire level. its pretty aggravating

the normal factory is broken for me too but for a different reason. the omniac keeps spawning away from the base platform making the level impossible since it's too far for me to kill it

The mod works well with most of the stuff i got but for some reason when i get to the factory level they dont want to load in the units properly and now im stuck. It always starts with spawning in a base grunt but after that nothing happens. Could be an issue on my end with mod load order but i thought I would bring it up just in case.
