Disable Ambient Noise

Description
I really hate the ambient hissing wind noise, so i made this mod.

Turns down the volume of most ambient noises to 0.

It affects SoundDefs with defName contaning "Ambience", "Ambient_", "Thunder_".

doesn't have settings, just disables all of it.

Does the mod disable immediately, or does the option appear in the settings? Or maybe Toggle switches?
