gm_lake_side_house V3 (and V2!)

A recreation of my very first map I uploaded for Garry's Mod.

It's a scenic view from a small indent within a mountain side. The house itself was of course based from the original house of the original map but expanded to have more rural architecture to better match the lakeside view.

If you're wondering "Wheres V2?"; believe it or not, I had actually tried to remaster this map long in the past. The original being made in 2018 and being finally published in 2020 whereas the V2 was made in 2020 and then shelved due to my pc having multiple BSOD's. I did manage to find out I had backed up the V2 and bug fixed it and added it within this mod.

Includes:

- Dawn and Night variants of V3
- 3D skybox
- Navmesh
- HDR
- the button
- And a couple little easter eggs
