Deliverer class Nuke Bomber

Description
A very speedy nuke bomber made for hit and run attacks, made to deliver devestating broadsides of nukes at close range before disengaging to reload, dodge missiles, and recharge defenses.

@Iron Overload, yeah go ahead! I'm gonna post a better version soon though and also fair warning ai can't really use this cuz it thinks its for brawling
