Enchantment Fixes & Tweaks

Adds a few small fixes to Enchantment that were broken by the Fully Loaded update in August 2024 or disabled in a prior update to reduce confusion among players who couldn't play the Halloween 2023 (Witch's Hut) map setting:
* Re-Adds Preservation Station as an Enchantment of the Preparation Station
* Adds the Enchantable tag to all appliances that have any possible Enchantments via the Enchanting Desk
* Adds the Enchantable icon to the blueprints of appliances that have any possible Enchantments
* Adds Enchantment cycles to the enchanted versions of Counters and Dining Tables:
- Dining Table: Stone Table => Sharing Cauldron => Stone Table => etc.
- Counter: Illusion Wall => Instant Wand => Levitation Station => Illusion Wall => etc.

NOTE: <b>To access the Enchanting Desk outside of when Halloween restaurants can be made in the base game</b>, you will also need any mod that gives access to the Halloween 2023 map setting (called Witch's Hut in most cases) like Those Were The Days, or a mod that gives access to the Enchanting Desk itself.

Hopefully, the fixes in this mod won't be as necessary in the future, but while we're outside of the Halloween season for PlateUp! and still fresh off of the Fully Loaded update, I hope this can allow folks to play the Witch's Hut map or with Enchanting Desks to their fuller potentials!
