Unfortunately author didn't include them in these packs so there is nothing I can do with it :/
Regarding flooding, what works for me is to load the map and run it for a while, then flooding disapears. Another option is to use Landscaping Tools that allows to lower sea level.
There is still a chance that it will show flooding for terraforming networks (the ones that lower ground level next to port quays), I suggest to us Hide It! mod and hide notifications.
Warnings with PLHWY are caused by the assests package with polish roads that miss outside connection types of these roads. It should not cause any issues as these outside connection are not used on the map.
