At the moment, I have not fully abandoned my mods, but since the future is uncertain, please consider this an explicit permission for anyone in the X4 community to continue maintaining them if I become unable to do so.
Thank you for your understanding.
You are welcome to:
• Create patches to keep the mod compatible with the latest version of X4.
• Reupload a fully updated version of the mod.
• Modify or replace any code or files as needed.
Feel free to use or build upon my work in any way you see fit. You do not need to ask for my permission, nor should you feel obligated to credit me or hesitate out of consideration for me.
I wasn’t aware that the mod wasn’t functioning properly. If possible, could you provide more details about the issue, such as the expected behavior versus the actual behavior? Your feedback would be very helpful for future improvements.
That being said, due to recent changes in my personal life, including the loss of a family member and the responsibilities of handling the aftermath, I currently lack the time and mental capacity to work on game modding. As a result, I may not be able to address issues or update the mod in the near future. However, I will make sure to keep a record of your report.
It should be fine to install it midway through.
Of course, yes. There are no compatibility issues.
I'm currently playing in the VRO environment, and I basically create my mods in that environment.
