Vanilla Child Apparel

Description
Creates child variants of (almost) all adult apparel. They have the same stats as their adult counterparts but are more affordable and slightly quicker to produce.

New items:
- Kid duster
- Kid parka
- Kid jacket
- Kid button-down shirt

Also overwrites these existing items:
- Kid shirt
- Kid pants
- Kid romper
- Kid tribalwear

THANK YOU it is so much of a pain having to constantly draft kids into the fridge area to get rid of the heat stroke they get INSIDE THE HOUSE because vanilla has no child warm weather clothing.

I was just lamenting that my tiny colonists don't get nearly the same style that my full-sized and extra-full-sized ones do. And tiny duster! Yeeeee!
