Tow Firing Sound Fix

Description
I've discovered a bug when the soundtrack volume in the settings are set to 0 Tow firing sound is also getting affected because of a typo in the Tow's sound script file. This Addon right here fixes the Tow Firing sound by simply fixing the typo in the script file.

EDIT: This Bug Has Been Acknowledged By Black Mesa Developer Kevin Sisk And Will Be Fixed In The Future!

ALERT: This addon will override the game_sounds_weapons.txt script! Meaning that any addons that uses custom game_sounds_weapons.txt or your custom changes on game_sounds_weapons.txt will be overrided or will not work properly. Proceed with caution!
