M4A3 Sherman

History

The M4A3 Variant first rolled out to the troops in Late 1943 and will see wide use throughout the rest of the war
it is the last M4 equipped with a 75mm M2 gun, however it is a highly improved one with a way faster reload speed.
It also is notable for its welded hull construction instead of the cast Hull Design. Its optimized for the combat in Alaska with several modifications to the crew compartment and engine to function a lot better in the cold of the Alaskan Winters
It also received the new Armour piercing and HVAP rounds as standard and had a much higher chance in combat against the newer and more dangerous japanese medium and heavy tanks, while still keeping up the great infantry support function.

Its also the first tank to show crew made armour plates from wood and metal that will be seen on a lot more tanks from 43 onwards
it also shows the use of jerrycans for the later stages of the Alaskan campaign when a lot of land is covered very quickly

About the Project
The Pacific Front is a Alternate History Project about the time from 1940s through to the 70s in a time of turmoil, war and desperation. It focuses on the countries around the pacific ocean, like the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Russia, China and a lot more. All the the project vehicles are fictional in nature and have their own story, lore and design. The Projects creations have a tendency for high fidelity, decoration and multi crew operation.

I'm fine, thanks!
I have my own server about this project where also use the vehicles in their intended way and do campaigns following the lore of the project its made for.

I only know of 2 servers that do this: SKETCH LABS (https://discord.gg/MSg25NqZZr) , and the one I have with my friends "StormWars" (dm me for the link). Just know the one with my friends we do a lot of different kind of battles with (most of the time) about a week or two to make the thing.

@Mogul_Loco thanks! The tank will not do well at all in actual tank fights bc its meant more in simulating crewed combat, not actual stormworks fights.
Its fun to use these vehicles against one another in a bigger friendgroup/ a server that hosts events. Thats how its meant to be used and is a great lot of fun.
Any good sw multiplayer combat tank will wipe the floor with it for realism reasons. (Plus, its by far not even the best of the uploaded shermans lol)
