Hashut lore upgrade

Upgrade some of spells of the lore of hashut :
The killing fire passive has better damage from 3 to 10 entities per tick to 6 to 30 entities (6 ticks)
Dark subjugation overcasted now has an effect area
Overcasted curse of hashut now does 50-100 damage rather than 33-67
Ash storm now has additional debuff, -8MA, -10 accuracy and -10% range, the overcasted version now also slow more and has a bigger effect area
