no bother, in the editor mode you simply select the vehicle and scroll on the right infobox until you see textmod, simply click and a drop down menu will appear with the options, in conquest you change the season camo.

mods not working in conquest even w/out any other mods enabled

Use change paint scheme mod and add the skins to the mod its really simple then you can change the skin while in conquest
