Please make him faster if you see this

There's no instructions on how this works, so here:
You need to deal damage to increase Peddito's meter. Once it's full (you can tell by the taunt sound and the meter flashing) you can press Taunt to summon Peddito. He moves forward slowly, dealing knockback to whoever he touches. He only appears for a few seconds, and once he's gone the meter is emptied.

So this guy just comes out of the screen and insta kill the rival of just attacks them once
