Description
Allow bots to complete Dark Carnival Remix.

Notes:
Bots will try to sync the fireworks launch during the finale
All gascan entities will be automatically removed once someone enters the concert arena, to prevent issues with bots during the second scavenge section
Bots won't stand on the mic stand towards the end of the finale (Set move_end_radius_wait in settings.txt to a lower number to fix this. I used 100 in the preview video, setting it too low may cause issues with bots not completing wait orders)
