WX 78 buffs

- WX-78 can once again overload when struck by lightning (or by touching a charged Lightning Rod)
- Switching Modules with the Circuit Extractor doesn't drain charges.
- All Circuits have 8 Uses.
- Max Circuit Slots increased from 6 to 8


Circuit Changes:
- Chorusbox Circuit sound fades out while WX is moving.
- Optoelectronic Circuit costs a lightbulb instead of a firefly.
- Electrification Circuit deals 30 retaliation damage instead of 20 and makes WX' weapon attacks have a 25% chance to deal electric damage (stacking).
