The Hospital
The Broncare Health System Hospital (formally known as Bronx-Lebanon Hospital) is a 415 bed hospital in the Bronx, New York. BronxCare has a 911 designation as a Stroke Center, a pediatric ER, a New York State designated heart attack PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention) Treatment Center and a level III perinatal Care center.
Bronxcare also operates 6 ambulances in the 911-system.

Maternity department 36 beds
Neonatology department 6 beds
Neonatal intensive care unit 14 beds
Neonatal medium care unit 20 beds
Pediatric department 25 beds
Pediatric intensive care unit 5 beds
Adult Coronary Care Unit 11 beds
Adult Intensive Care Unit 26 beds
Adult Aids/HIV department 22 beds
Adult Medical/Surgical departments 250 beds
Total 415 beds

Design
The hospital has a huge difference in street level between the main entrance (located at the Grand Concourse street), the ambulance entrance (side) and children's pavilion entrance (at the back).
To create a hospital for cities skylines, some choices had to be made.
The front side of the hospital has a higher main entrance to create the ambulance and emergency room entrance.
The Children's Pavilion is a bit higher compared with the attached hospital building as it is in real life.
Some floor heights and levels have also be adapted to the changed street levels.

There is a goods delivery and warehouse entrance at the back of the hospital. Also some garbage disposal units and oxygen tanks are located there (just like it is in real life). This area is surrounded with fencing.

IMPORTANT:
This asset comes with the Children's Pavilion as seperate asset in the game.
So you can place Child Care centers througout the city without a big hospital attached to it.

Use the Building Spanw Point Mod to let ambulances arrive and be spawned from the ambulance entrance and garbage trucks stop at the back side of the hospital.

For the ventilation and climate control props, please accept the required items.
Just like the hospitals in the Boroughs of New York, there is no helipad attached.

What it is
The hospital is a big acute care facility and is branded in the game as "SkyCare" instead of BronxCare.
This makes the hospital more neutral for placement in every type of city.
The hospital is placed with the long side (emergency room entrance) to the street side.
It is adviced to let the hospital be surrounded by roads to make it as realistic as possible.
There are no parking spots added!

That's gonna be the Midwood hospital. The other one is way too big to create for cities skylines.
Would need double lot space and too much triangels.
