Description
This was originally made to proportions of another character type, but it will also work with TF2 characters. Apply a scale modifier on rootTransform, and scale as you would like. The scale in the preview picture is 0.157971, but 0.16 should be fine if you want to round up.

This model was created in Maya 2015 by me and contains no external IP or contributor work.
