Description
NPC Creator - Caboose

NPCs have 500 HP and spawn with the Pulse Rifle or the Smg. These values can be changed with almost any npc spawner tool. Please feel free to leave concerns/requests down below and I will see if I can fix/add what you are asking for.

I did not make these models but I did some very heavy editing on a lot of them. Here is where you can find the original content:
