Dutch '70s dispatch - Range Rover mk1

This mod adds Dutch fire and police liveries for the Range Rover mk1.
The Dutch 'Rijkspolitie' operated about 60 Range Rovers from 1974 to 1988 mainly for highway patrol and accident management. For the game the first vehicle becomes available in 1971 and the last in 1977, availability ends in 2032.
Initially the cars received a 3 digit number id, later this was changed to a 2 digit number. Included in this mod are vehicles with and without the id number to enable you to use multiple without having obvious duplicates.
Also included are some versions pulling a trailer. The vehicles without a trailer are available in normal and dispatch drive modes, the latter featuring animated light bars.

Range Rover mk1 v1.13 (or newer) is required to be loaded with this dispatch pack!

Asset included, in the categories cars and Bko.

Vehicle features include:
- 22 driving variant.
- Detailed model correct interior with turning steer.
- Tailored crew characters.
- Passenger capacity 12 (3 in game).
- Camera positions.
- Exhaust fumes.

Asset features include:
- 9 asset variants and 4 trailers plus a fire extinguisher (all available as of 1971).
- Turnable front steering wheels.
- Lights off/low/on.
- Blink lights including left and right options.
- Rotary light on/off.
- Exhaust fumes in 3 scales off/normal/other.
- Tailored crew characters.
- Choice from 18 different European license plate lay-outs with own text labels.

.... - Script to set unique asset names by default with help of Doug.
.... - The name you give the asset in game is used to render it's license plate text.
- Settings for offset in 3 directions and longitude and cross slope angles.
- Selectable capacity kind Commercial/Industrial/Residential with a capacity value of 1.
- Changeable config, also after placement.
- PS use the capacity kind setting to find 'hidden' features.
