All the mod does is replace the Satan's statue sprite. Unfortunately, that sprite is stored in Satan's entire spritesheet which includes Satan transforming into boss form and his second phase (not Mega Satan though).

This means the mod is incompatible with any other that modifies Satan's sprites.
