Description
Makes it so cybernetic portraits dont evolve after cybernetic evolution, staying on stage 1
This done by setting portrait evolution triggers to be always false
Made by a request of celtarican
Achievement/Ironman compatible!

Is there a mod that makes the cybernetic portraits always show the final stage? Even at game start?
