Lizzy has a lot of exclusive items, and some of them trigger body changes in order to make her clothes fit her body better. If you equip two similar pieces of equipment (ie. two vault tops) at the same time Lizzy could get stuck with these body changes! Always unequip your gear before equipping similar variants, like removing the vault shorts before equipping the ripped vault shorts!

If you are stuck with a deformed model your best bet it to either clone that character and swap to the new model or hold K to reset your character. This will reset your stats, so be careful!
