Wheel Spikes Attacher

Throw or drag to the middle of wheel and it will auto-attach once it gets close enough

Tested on small grid 5x5 wheels for successful desired attachment, but might work on other sizes too!

Make sure to turn off or stop the timer once the spike is attached if you want to save performance from timer running c=

The trick used to make this possible is the one where rotors can be attached to wheels or vice versa
