Description
With the inclusion of Military Access in 1.9, it no longer makes sense to continue with this mod, so it is now considered outdated.


War of the Duchies
The aim for this mod is to correct the Journal Entry of the "The Schleswig-Holstein Question" allowing any great or major power to ask any German minor nation bordering Denmark to join the war in order to create a land front.

To balance it, can only be executed if the German nation is a member of your power bloc. The German minors can reject it, so the influence you have in the country counts. Additionally, it can only be done once every 10 years.

Also now it's possible to complete the Journal Entry with only having a subject in the region without the need to have one state.


Compatibility
This mod only changes the Journal Entry of the "The Schleswig-Holstein Question" (je_schleswig_holstein_question), so it should be compatible with any mod does not make changes or delete this Journal Entry.

NOTE! Since I am not an experienced modder with 20 years of experience in the craft, you will probably find some bugs or exploits within the mod. Please leave any flaws in the comments to see which part of the code had the audacity to exploit.

In theory no, it should still be compatible with 1.8.

I just released a minor adjustment to the completion requierement of the journal entry. Now requires that if you own a subject in the Schleswig-Holstein region, it can't be a protectorate.

Nope. You can only use it if you have the Journal Entry for the Schleswig-Holstein Question while being either a Major or a Great Power

Yes, it's compatible with VFM (only changes the icon of the Jounal Entry). Just make sure to place this mod below VFM in the launcher.

I'm not sure if it can be enabled mid playthrough. It should be possible, but I can't confirm it.
