高速戦艦 摂津

In the fictional parallel world, since the Empire began its counterattack in the Pacific War, a series of new battleships have been launched to replace the old battleships.
The Settsu-class battleships were a type of high-speed battleships launched by the Empire in the autumn of 1946 before the overall counterattack began. There were a total of 4 ships, designed to counter the Montana-class battleships launched by the United States at the same time.
The Settsu-class battleship has a designed displacement of 78,000 tons (slightly lower than the actual value in the game) and is equipped with a triple 50-caliber 410mm main gun. Through 8 high-power steam turbine engines, it can output a maximum power of nearly 300,000 horsepower, allowing it to sail at a high speed of 29 knots.

Compared with the previously built and modernized Nagato-class, the Settsu-class adopts a more similar appearance design, but the overall size is greatly increased to be comparable to the Yamato-class. Compared with the design of the Nagato class, the biggest features of the Settsu class are the two huge chimneys (in order to adapt to the high-power steam turbine engine), the large rear bridge and the triple-mounted main guns.

Because the Empire suffered a lot in the previous battles with American aircraft in the Pacific Campaign, this class of battleships strengthened its anti-aircraft firepower and installed some of the Empire's latest anti-aircraft weapons; due to its original design for formation operations, this type of ship cancelled the seaplane catapult.

In the subsequent actual combat, although it did not really engage in actual combat with the Montana class, in the battles with other new American battleships, the Settsu class still showed unexpectedly gratifying results. Until after the war, none of the four Settsu classes sank in the battle. The first ship, the Settsu class, was later stored near the Yokosuka Naval Port and became a water museum.

It is worth mentioning that because the internal space was largely used to place huge new boilers and facilities related to armaments, the living environment of ordinary crew members was not much improved compared to most previous Japanese battleships.

The Type96 aagun may be missing due to the lackness of the mod named [world of warships modpack.namod].
I can't find it in my mod folder anymore so maybe you can find another mod or just use the vanilla part to replace those Type96 aaguns if you hadn't download this mod.

And if you have any question please let me know, thank you.
